Dr. Hranek was born in San Diego but was raised in Menifee, California. He did his undergrad studies at University of California Santa Barbara for a B.S. in Aquatic Biology in 2013 and received his veterinary degree at St. George University in 2018.

Dr. Hranek comes to us from VCA Emergency Animal Hospital and Referral Center in San Diego and has a passion for emergency medicine. He has one dog named Margo Plicatus. She is a mixed breed (called pot hound) from the island of Grenada. In his spare time, Dr. Hranek enjoys hiking, surfing camping and really appreciates a good coffee shop!
