Silas is a credentialed veterinary technician who joined VCA in 2025. He especially enjoys working with unique animals and has a particular interest in surgery and dentals.
Silas earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in veterinary technology from Northeast Iowa Community College in Calmar, Iowa.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, playing pickleball and archery.
His professional goal is to become a Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) in anesthesiology and either dentistry or emergency medicine.
