Dr. Morse is a native of New Orleans, growing up in Metairie. Although she did not have numerous pets, she wanted to be a veterinarian since the age of 6, desiring to help God's creatures that could not help themselves.
She attended LSU in Baton Rouge and received a Bachelor of Science in Animal Systems. She was a very active member and officer of Pi Beta Phi Woman's Fraternity. She went on to the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine: there she was involved in Open House, the Raptor and Wildlife Rehabilitation Unit, and worked in Large and Small Animal Surgery.
After graduating in 1999, she followed her mentor to a small clinic in St. Bernard Parish. Hurricane Katrina claimed that clinic and flooded her home in Metairie. She briefly worked in Baton Rouge before joining the Causeway Animal Hospital family in February 2006.
She enjoys the variety that veterinary medicine provides and likes being in a progressive practice with other experienced veterinarians to offer support.
