Now she returns VCA Central Kitsap as the Hospital Administrator.
Rae has a passion for training and mentoring others and led the VCA NW Veterinary Technician Development Team, a group providing support to veterinary teams in Alaska, Washington, and Oregon. Rae has also competed in the VCA NEXT Championship, a competition supporting innovative ideas to help support VCA team members. Her Boot Camp Training program placed 4th in a field of over 500 other submissions in 2016. Rae has been recognized for her contribution to the education of veterinary support staff by the Washington Veterinary Medical Association and has received recognition from VCA for her leadership.
When Rae is not working at the hospital, she enjoys traveling back home to Alaska, photography, volunteering and spending time with family and her pug, Bristol.
