Whether you’re traveling, going on vacation, in need of daycare, or a doggie play date, it’s important to know you are leaving your pet in good hands. VCA Centreville Animal Hospital looks forward to caring for your cat or dog with photo updates, comfortable surroundings, and affordable programs for day and night boarding. You can rest easy, knowing your pet is being cared for like one of our own while you are away.

Welcoming our Animal Guests
Our boarding facility is equipped to welcome dogs, cats, and birds while their owners are away. Our caring boarding team provides lots of one-on-one attention and personalized TLC, while our full veterinary team is available during regular hospital hours to care for any medical concerns that may arise. With a minimum of three walks a day, lots of personal attention, and optional group play time, your pet will sleep soundly at night and come home clean, healthy, and happy.

Updated Boarding Facilities
Our climate-controlled kennel provides spacious rooms and indoor runs. We offer an updated large breed run, which make it easy and comfortable for family pets to stay together. We have an off-leash gated area to our backyard, with higher fencing and a double locked entry. This safe area creates a perfect location for visiting pets to play together.

Nutrition
While you are welcome to bring your pet’s own food from home, nutritional meals are provided to boarding guests. If your pet has a preferred feeding schedule or other special needs, please advise our kennel team. We try our best to accommodate every guest’s needs and desires.

Special Needs
We are equipped to handle special needs pets in our intensive care boarding facilities, including guests that require medication. Please bring all medication in the original container, stating when they need to be taken and dosing instructions.

Reservations
We welcome all area pets to our boarding facilities, whether or not your pet is a current patient at VCA Centreville Animal Hospital. Updated vaccinations are required prior to each stay for the safety of all guests. If your pet is not a patient with us, please provide the following records in advance of your boarding reservation:

Dogs—exam, rabies, distemper, 6 month Bordetella, canine influenza, intestinal parasite screening, heartworm test
