Team Spotlight
Dr. Moldenhauer joined our VCA family in July 2013. She was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from The Colorado College in 2007. Dr. Moldenhauer earned her veterinary degree The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2012. She then completed a small animal medical and surgical internship in Bowie, MD, before joining VCA Columbia Animal Hospital at Hickory Ridge. In her spare time, Dr. Moldenhauer enjoys reading, running, biking, swimming, painting, hiking, and playing with Curtis and Simon, her two chinchillas.

Jessica began her veterinary career in 1995 as a kennel assistant and worked her way into hospital management. She has been with VCA Columbia Hickory Ridge since May 2006. Away from the hospital, Jessica enjoys spending time with family, continuing her yoga practice and training, reading, hiking, and crafting.
