Why She Chose Veterinary Medicine:
Ashley has always loved animals but couldn't have pets growing up due to constant traveling for sports and school activities. Once in college, a friend told her VCA was hiring, and it felt like the perfect opportunity to share her love for animals every day, help those in need, and educate clients about veterinary medicine—a field that's always evolving!
Favorite Part of Working with Animals:
Ashley loves watching puppies grow from their first visits into adulthood and senior years. She enjoys forming bonds with pets and their owners, sharing memories as if they were her own. For her, these relationships highlight how meaningful the connection between clients and their veterinary team truly is.
Fun Fact:
Ashley is a proud bird owner! She has two feathered friends—a severe macaw inherited from her father and a Quaker parakeet gifted by a client. She loves spending time with them at home, laughing as they mimic her dog's barks while she watches her favorite shows.
