Elena was born and raised in Central Texas. She has been working in veterinary medicine since 2013. She loves that she is always getting to learn something new about the veterinary field. She has been working at Hometown since 2017 and really loves how much the doctors here enjoy helping her expand her veterinary knowledge.

She has one dog named Remi, who is a sweet little terrier mix rescue. When she is not working, she enjoys to be outside either hiking or going near any body of water. She loves to read books and poetry and will even write poetry in her spare time.
