Client Service Representative

Lacy was born and raised in OKC, but currently lives here in Edmond. She started her journey with the VCA Kickingbird team on October 13, 2025. Outside of work, Lacy loves to read, watch movies, and do jigsaw puzzles and macramé. She and her husband, Nathan, share three schnauzers: Lolly, Gibbs, and Lilo. Lacy's favorite thing about working with the VCA team is the chance to interact with all the pets that walk through our doors.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our client service representatives and receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
