TaShauna Thompson (Shaunie) is a veterinary assistant that has been with our team since 2018. She was born in Tulsa, OK, and later moved to OKC in her 8th grade year. She received her associate's degree from OCCC and later graduated from OSU in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in zoology. TaShauna enjoys riding her bike, nature photography and playing Skip Bo outside of work. Her pets include many French bulldogs, a great Dane mix and two cats. What she enjoys most about working at Kickingbird is the continual growth and learning opportunities VCA has to offer. Shaunie became hospital coordinator on her 7-year work anniversary and looks forward to streamlining hospital operations while continuing to greet familiar faces and care for the amazing pets that come through our doors!
