For the safety and comfort of your pet, a physical examination by one of our veterinarians is required in the preceding 12 months in order to book an appointment, as well as: 

  • Rabies vaccine
  • Bordetella vaccine within 6 months
  • Influenza vaccine (H3N2)
  • DHPPV vaccine
  • Negative fecal evaluation within 12 months
