Dr. Madeline Johnson joined our team in 2025 after earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a Pre-Veterinary concentration from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
Originally from Brentwood, TN, Dr. Johnson is passionate about forming strong connections with both pets and their people. Her professional interests include surgery and acupuncture, and she holds certifications in Preventive Healthcare for the Small Animal Patient, Fear Free handling, and ProHeart administration.
Outside the hospital, Dr. Johnson enjoys paddleboarding on the river, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and getting lost in a good book. She shares her home with two beloved dogs: Lucy, a rescue Chihuahua mix, and Goose, an Aussiedoodle.
