Elliot joined VCA in 2018 as a kennel assistant after transferring from VCA Animal Medical Center of El Cajon. After being inspired by their late grandmother who worked as a veterinary assistant for Petco, Elliot completed the Veterinary Assistant Certificate Program at Mira Costa College: Technology and Career Institute in 2017. They adore having the opportunity to witness patients grow and express their unique personalities during their visits. They are passionate about their role, and take pride in everything they do. Elliot holds themselves to an incredibly high standard while working with clients and patients alike to establish a line of open communication, compassion and understanding.
Together with their husband, they have a cat named Artemis, and a husky-whippet mix named Rune - both of whom are SPOILED. On their days off they enjoy taking trips to the mountains to explore and hike. They also enjoy dabbling in digital art, photography, reading, and videography.
