I was born in MO but my father was in the USAF so we moved around a lot. I consider Vegas to be my home town as I have been here most of my life and graduated from Rancho H.S.

I have over 25 yrs experience in the veterinary field. I have always known that I wanted to work with animals from a very young age. I started right out of high school as a kennel attendant with the intention of going to Veterinary School. I attended UNLV as premed but then decided that I would rather have a more hands-on experience with the patients so I gradually moved up to veterinary assistant. I attended the first Vet Tech Program at CSN and got my LVT license in 1999.

I really enjoy doing dental cleanings and making a really yucky mouth look great with pearly white teeth. I enjoy sharing the benefits made to these patients inside and out.

Outside of work I like to spend time with my two children. We enjoy going on outings to museums, state parks and traveling. I also like reading, movies, concerts and plays.
