I've lived most of my life in beautiful Washington. I grew up surrounded by animals and I always knew I wanted to have a career that involved helping owners and their furry companions. I started off by volunteering at the Humane Society for about 4 years and spent a lot of time interacting with dogs waiting for their forever homes by taking them out for walks and play time and providing companionship. Shortly after graduating from high school, I went to attend WSU and got my Bachelors in Animal Science and started pursuing a job as a veterinary assistant.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my ferret, Zucchini, that I've had for about 5 years and my betta fish named Larry. I enjoy my evenings reading through my stack of newly purchased books.
