CREATIVE, UNDERSTANDING, INSPIRING & GRATEFUL. These are just four magical words I strive to use each day to guide my life.

I have been in the Veterinary Medicine Field since 2004. For the last 12 years I have centered my career around developing others and building effective teams in operational leadership. I grew over time, started as a Customer Service Representative, morphed into a Vet Tech, Shift Lead, Practice Manager, and most recently ended my journey as a Regional Manager over 12 Veterinary Practices in the South Region of Texas.

I believe: Laughter is the key to defeating darkness. You will never work a day in your life if you love what you do. You're only as strong as others around you, strong Leaders lift others up, not push them down.

As cliché' as it sounds it rings true for me, I am forever grateful for all I have been through to get myself to this place, I feel blessed that I can go on this new adventure, continuing to grow with others, spreading a positive light and touching lives.
