Dr. Katie Morgan, a native of University Park and graduate of The Hockaday School, has returned home to practice Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Morgan's love of animal health and husbandry began early with her family's menagerie of pets and critters: iguanas, sugar gliders, dogs, birds, turtles, horses, and chickens. She graduated with a BA from Rhodes College, then taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade math until beginning her post-baccalaureate studies at Texas A&M Commerce. After earning her Masters in Agricultural Sciences, Dr. Morgan attended and graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr Morgan's professional interests include dermatology, nutrition, internal medicine, dentistry and general surgery.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Morgan manages a beef cattle ranch and shares her life with Calliope, a Great Dane; Mr. Titters, a hairless Sphynx cat; Aaron, a human husband; and their children, Mary and Freddy.
