Deanna Lombardo
Veterinary Specialist DVM, DACVECC

Dr. Lombardo attended the University of Denver where she received her undergraduate degree in International Business. She then attended University of Tennessee and received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2008.  Dr. Lombardo completed a rotating internship with an emphasis in emergency and critical care at R.I.V.E.R from 2008 – 2009. 

After completing her internship, Dr. Lombardo worked as an associate emergency veterinarian at Cobb Emergency and Referral Veterinary Clinic in Marietta, GA from 2009 to 2018.  After working as an emergency clinician for almost 9 years, Dr. Lombardo went on to complete a 3-year residency program in emergency and critical care at VE+CC and Las Vegas Specialty Center in Las Vegas, Nevada from 2018 to 2021. Dr. Lombardo is very excited to return to the hospital where her path in emergency medicine began.

In her free time, Dr. Lombardo enjoys spending time with her husband, rock climbing and traveling. She and her husband also share their home with three cats.
