With over two decades of experience in animal care, Josue has been a dedicated member of the VCA team since 2006. He transitioned into a management role in 2015 and has overseen both VCA San Carlos Animal Hospital and VCA Holly Street Animal Hospital since January 2019. In 2024, Josue successfully led the merged operations of these two hospitals, further expanding his leadership within the VCA network.
Josue's career in veterinary care began in 2003, working at a local ER/Specialty hospital until 2017. His deep passion for the well-being of animals and their owners has been a guiding force throughout his career. At VCA Animal Hospitals, Josue is dedicated to delivering compassionate care while fostering strong relationships with both pets and their families.
Outside of work, Josue enjoys spending time with his three pit bulls and his snake, reflecting his lifelong love of animals.
