Jacki started at VCA South Arundel in December of 2017. Throughout her time here, she has advanced in her roles from an Exam Room Assistant, Senior Veterinary Assistant, Surgical Technician, and now Patient Outreach Coordinator. She likes to focus her areas of expertise on patient comfort and client education, and she also has a soft spot for any blocky headed dog that walks through the door. In her free time, Jacki enjoys spending time with her fiancé, two pit bulls, and bearded dragon. She is a craft beer enthusiast, seasoned gamer, and novice crocheter.
