Originally from Hong Kong, Dr. Jayden Li moved to California at a young age. He completed his bachelor's degree and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree at UC Davis before heading to New York to complete a rotating internship at The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center. Dr. Li then returned to California, where he completed his small animal emergency and critical care residency at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital.
Dr. Li has a special interest in emergency triage and stabilization, caring for patients with conditions ranging from polytrauma to respiratory distress. He also enjoys managing complex cases involving metabolic abnormalities and sepsis. He strives to provide thoughtful and compassionate care to both his patients and their families during some of their most challenging moments.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Li enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring different countries. When he is not traveling, he loves relaxing at home with his cat (Garfield) and dog (Molly).
