Dr. Yin Wa Brontie Kong attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for both her bachelor's and master's degrees. Dr. Kong then went on to Kansas State University where she obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.
Dr. Kong completed a small animal rotating internship while at the following three hospitals in Connecticut: VCA Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center, VCA Shoreline Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center & VCA Darien Animal Hospital.
Dr. Kong is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese in addition to English. She shares her home with a cute cat named Apollo.
