Monica joined our team in 2025 after working at another veterinary practice and at a kennel. She earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Salem State University in 2022, and she's originally from Canada.
Monica lives north of Boston with her family, including two cats and a Golden Retriever named Mango.
When she's not working, Monica enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and finding new foods to eat.
Her favorite thing about working at VCA Wakefield is being surrounded by wonderful staff members who give her the opportunity to learn more about veterinary medicine every day. Her goals are to expand her knowledge as much as possible and to be able to work hands-on with the animals in the future.
