Prior to joining our team in 2026, Olivia studied marine biology and journalism at Suffolk University. She also brings customer service experience from working at another animal hospital, and she's provided pet-sitting services and has been a Sterling Animal Shelter donor and volunteer. Olivia has a strong customer-focused background and brings her all to each interaction with our clients and patients.
Olivia has an interest in animal behavior and wildlife. She says the most rewarding part of working at VCA is knowing she can make a positive difference in the lives of pets and the people who love them.
Olivia lives with a cat named Rajah and a crested gecko named Honey. In her free time, she enjoys exploring nature, playing video games, and expressing her creativity through art.
