Amy Younce joined our staff in April of 2021. As a veterinary technician, her favorite part of the job is caring for the patients and watching them improve! Throughout the day, some of her tasks include placing IV catheters, monitoring anesthesia, drawing blood, reading cytology, and educating clients. She graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associate of Applied Science, majoring in Veterinary Technology.
Amy has three cats, Dunkin’, Lewis, and Clark, a Beagle-Shih Tzu mix named Brownie, and 16 chickens! In her free time, Amy enjoys camping and spending time on the river with her husband and family.
