Courtney Andries
Veterinary Specialist DVM, DACVS-SA
Dr. Courtney Andries grew up in the Rochester Hills, Michigan. She pursued a career in veterinary medicine after realizing that she could combine her interest in medicine with her love of animals. She completed her undergraduate and veterinary school at Michigan State University. She then completed a rotating internship at University of Pennsylvania, where her interest in surgery was solidified. Following her internship, she completed a 1-year surgical internship at Animal Surgical Center of Michigan, prior to completing a 3-year surgery residency at Summit Veterinary Referral Center in Tacoma, Washington. Dr. Andries enjoys all aspects of veterinary surgery, but especially enjoys orthopedic trauma and fracture repair, thoracic and gallbladder surgery.

In her free time, Dr. Andries enjoys being outside as much as possible–hiking, camping, paddling, running, skiing, spending time with her Labrador Retriever and traveling. She is very excited to be in Colorado with new mountains to explore, while doing what she loves.
