DVM
Dr. Emma Cosaro
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Emma Cosaro
Dr. Cosaro is originally from San Jose, California. She knew she wanted to be a veterinarian from a young age, declaring that all dolls smelled and only playing with stuffed animals. She attended the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington where she studied biology and music (piano and clarinet). While in college, she explored different areas of veterinary medicine, one of her favorites being volunteering at a wildlife hospital. Dr. Cosaro moved across the country for veterinary school to attend the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University in Massachusetts. She is interested in internal medicine, especially endocrinology and kidney disease, and hopes to pursue an internal medicine residency after her internship. She also enjoys working with all types of exotic animals. In her free time, she enjoys playing with and walking her cat, Finnigan, exploring new restaurants, hiking, and making music.
