Dr. LaFauci received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tufts University. After a few years working in both the human and veterinary medical fields she returned to Tufts University, this time to the veterinary school, earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Following graduation she completed a one year small animal rotating internship at VCA Alameda East in Denver. She then went on to complete a three year residency in cardiology with us at CVCA and recently achieved Diplomate Status with the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine-Cardiology. She takes pride in providing thorough, individualized care for her patients and their families.
While New England will always have a piece of her heart, Dr. LaFauci is happy to be making her home in Colorado with her husband, Patrick.
