Stephanie Price understands how much it matters to have someone advocating for your pet when they cannot tell you what they need. Her goal is to help pets receive the care they need while helping the families who love them feel informed, supported, and confident in the decisions they make.
Stephanie has a particular passion for feline patients and the subtle ways cats can communicate how they are feeling. She values careful observation and recognizes that small changes can provide important insight into a pet's health and wellbeing. That attentiveness carries into her care for every patient, helping her recognize individual needs and support thoughtful, personalized veterinary care.

Stephanie knew early that she wanted to make that kind of difference for pets and their families. When her childhood cat developed kidney failure, frequent visits to veterinary hospitals showed her firsthand the impact a compassionate veterinary team can have during a difficult time. She chose veterinary medicine directly out of high school with the goal of providing other families with the same kind of support that had meant so much to hers.
She earned her associate degree and certificate in veterinary technology from San Juan College in 2011. Today, that education and experience allow her to contribute not only to the care pets receive at VCA Bayview Animal Hospital, but also to the knowledge families take home with them. For Stephanie, client education is an important part of patient care because so much of a pet's health is supported through the decisions and care that happen every day at home.
