Katie Siena joined VCA Central Kitsap Animal Hospital as hospital manager in October 2025. She began her veterinary career in 2013 and first worked at CKAH as a veterinary assistant from 2015 to 2017. Since then, she has advanced through a variety of leadership roles — from ICU technician to floor supervisor, and most recently served as department manager overseeing both Emergency and Avian & Exotics services at a 24/7 specialty hospital in CT.
Originally from Connecticut, Katie fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and is excited to be back in the region. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, exploring new trails, and spending time outdoors with her two dogs, Lloyd and Ruby.
Katie is passionate about supporting her team, fostering collaboration, and continuing to strengthen patient care and hospital culture at CKAH.
