Client Service Representative
Rissa is one of the first team members clients meet when they walk through our doors, and she takes pride in creating a helpful and welcoming experience for both pets and their people. She enjoys being part of a team that works together to ensure every visit runs smoothly and leaves clients feeling supported. A graduate of Chico State with a degree in Psychology, Rissa looks forward to continuing her education in the future as she explores areas of interest. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, trying out new restaurants, relaxing at the park, and learning her way around the kitchen as she builds her skills in cooking and baking.
