Jenna is a certified veterinary technician at VCA Smoketown Animal Hospital in Lancaster, PA, where she focuses on creating a low-stress, supportive experience for pets and the clients who love them. As a Lancaster native, Jenna values the opportunity to care for pets in the community she has always called home.
Jenna began her career in veterinary medicine through her studies at the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center, where she earned her associate degree. Drawn to both the medical side of care and her lifelong love of animals, she quickly found her passion in helping pets feel safe and comfortable during their visits. After completing an externship at another animal hospital, Jenna joined VCA Smoketown to continue building her skills in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Jenna is RECOVER CPR certified and Fear Free certified, and she has a growing interest in rehabilitation and mobility support. She enjoys working with pets who need extra patience and encouragement, helping them build confidence while supporting their recovery and overall well-being.
