Dr. Sheldon's heart has been fulfilled all her life by caring for animals. She is honored to provide compassionate veterinary care. With a love for working with children as well, she received a master's in early childhood education from George Mason and taught for three years.
Dr. Sheldon is a graduate of the VA-MD College of Veterinary Medicine and has two adopted beagles. She especially loves internal medicine, nutrition, and geriatric care.
Outside the hospital, she loves to spend time with her son.
