Jeannette joined VCA Contra Costa Animal Hospital in 2022 as a Client Service Representative, and has loved serving our community and building relationships with our clients and their pets. She is a Bay Area native, earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary's College of California here in Moraga, and her Master of Arts in Counseling from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California.

After Jeannette's first job working with animals through animal retail, she fell in love with working in the animal world and decided to move to the veterinary field during her Master's program, where she decided to stay and grow her career. Jeannette is very passionate about providing high quality care to pets and their families, as well as looking out for the wellbeing of our clients and staff.

When she is not at work, Jeannette likes spending time in her community with her family and four Chihuahuas.
