Dr. Nicole Scott brings decades of experience and a genuine passion for patient care to our team. A proud Missouri native, she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Missouri in 1997 and has been dedicated to helping animals ever since.
Dr. Scott began her career in mixed animal practice, caring for both small and large animals, before ultimately focusing on small animal medicine. Her diverse background gives her a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of the unique needs of each patient she treats.
She especially enjoys building meaningful connections with pet owners, helping families stay ahead of health concerns through preventive care, and performing surgery. Her approach to veterinary medicine is centered on communication, trust, and treating every pet like her own.
At home, Dr. Scott has a full and lively crew, including one dog, five cats, and a bird—so she truly understands the joy (and occasional chaos!) that comes with loving multiple pets. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking advantage of the outdoors through hiking, camping, and canoeing.
Dr. Scott is an active member of both the Missouri Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association, staying connected to the latest in veterinary medicine so she can continue providing high-quality care to her patients.
