After volunteering at the Hawaiian Humane Society, Jen decided she wanted to continue in veterinary medicine. She began her career with VCA in Hawaii in September 2022 and transferred to VCA Salinas in 2023. She has two dogs named Remi and Patty.
Her favorite part of working here is the availability of non-profits, compared to other areas she has lived in. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and traveling to see friends and family. A goal is to go back to school to get her master's in environmental science and help at a non-profit.
