Kathy is one of our full-time client service representatives here at VCA All Pets Salinas Animal Hospital. She joined our hospital in November 2024.
Kathy was born and raised in the outskirts of the Soledad Mission area in South County. Before joining our team, she worked in human health care administration. She is bilingual and has always had a strong love for animals.
Her son will be attending UC Santa Cruz this fall (Go Slugs!). She has three beagles (Dallas, Oliver and Lily) and a tabby domestic shorthair cat named Glover.
In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her partner, son, and friends, hiking with her dogs, mountain biking and watching UFC.
Her favorite part of working at VCA is helping clients connect with veterinarians the same day when their pets need urgent care or are experiencing medical emergencies. She actively monitors cancellations and available openings in the schedule so clients and pets can receive timely care.
Kathy is also cross-trained as an animal care assistant and enjoys giving extra love to our sweet boarding pets.
