Sam joined VCA All Pets Salinas Animal Hospital as a full-time client service representative in October 2025. She was a seasoned addition to our team, having previously worked at Banfield as a CSR and veterinary assistant.
Sam grew up in Greenfield, California. Since elementary school, she has known she wanted to work in the veterinary field and has always had a household full of well-loved animals. She has worked in the veterinary industry for a total of three years. In addition to her veterinary assistant certification, Sam has a cosmetology license and previously worked as a flight attendant for a year. Her favorite place she was able to travel to during that time was Canada.
Some fun facts about Sam: she is family-oriented, loves anime and traveling, and enjoys going four-wheeling in the desert with her boyfriend. Her favorite colors are forest green and baby pink, and her favorite cuisines are Italian (especially pasta) and Mexican (especially tacos). When asked what she is most proud of, Sam will tell you she is most proud of being a mom to her 21-year-old and 9-year-old sons. She also has four dogs: Tails, Levy, Ella, and Dante.
Sam’s favorite part of working at VCA All Pets Salinas is being around like-minded, animal-loving people who are always willing to help pets in need. She loves seeing patients go home happy and healthy after their visits.
