Dr. White was born and raised in South Jamaica Queens, New York City. Being of Afro-Latino descent in the inner city, animals were a part of the family. In addition, medicine was a familiar subject around Dr. White. He was inspired by some of the most prestigious medical professionals at the hospital his mother worked at for over 20 years. It wasn't until his preteen years that he realized his passion for animals and science could be studied and practiced through veterinary medicine. 
 
Dr. White began his veterinary journey in 2011, where he worked as a veterinary technician for several years before going to veterinary school. Dr. White graduated from St. Matthews University in 2019. He then did his clinical rotations at the University of Illinois and graduated with his degree in Veterinary Medicine in 2021. The city boy quickly fell in love with Mixed Species Emergency Medicine and Soft Tissue Surgery.

Other special interests and strengths of Dr. White's include pain management, cardiac, neurologic, and traumatic emergencies, as well as feline internal medicine. Dr. White is addicted to Chinese food and Grey's Anatomy.
