Beth began her formal career as a Veterinary Technician in 1985. She started at VCA Bridgeport Animal Hospital in 2005, and in 2012 she joined the VCA Smoketown Team. In her spare time Beth enjoys gardening, reading and spending time with her pets and grandchildren. She currently has quail, turkeys, ducks, chickens, rabbits, and a beagle named Annie.

"I do what I do because as a child, I was an avid fan of "Lassie". My mother says I would cry during every episode. Growing up, we had a neighbor who was a veterinarian and I was involved in the animal welfare field from a young age. This job is a mystery, a joy and a constant learning experience. And yes, sometimes I still cry."
