Originally from the United Kingdom and France, Dr. Rouch spent his childhood living in various countries. He decided to become a veterinarian after experiencing the diversity of Australia's fauna as a child and later on taking care of stray dogs in Turkey.

Dr. Rouch graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in London, UK, with degrees in Bioveterinary Sciences and Veterinary Medicine. He initially practiced at a multi-branch small animal clinic near London before relocating on the other side of the globe to New Zealand for a rotating internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery. He then joined a 24/7 emergency VCA hospital in Los Angeles in early 2017. We are fortunate to have him now in 2020 at VCA Animal Medical Center of Omaha.

Dr. Rouch has special interests in emergency and preventive medicine. He is USDA accredited to issue international health certificates and is fluent in the French language.

Dr. Rouch can be found traveling and exploring new places in his free time. He also enjoys scuba diving, tennis and going out with friends.
