Team Spotlight
Dr. Sheehan grew up in the Chicago suburbs and her interest in veterinary medicine was sparked from both her love for animals at a young age, and cancer research during undergraduate studies. Dr. Sheehan received her Bachelor of Animal Science from University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in 2011, followed by Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from University of Illinois in 2015. After graduation in 2015, Dr. Sheehan worked for a 24/7 emergency and general practice hospital. Dr. Sheehan moved to Chicago in 2017 to be closer to her fiancé and joined the Blum family.
