Dr. Cooke earned her doctorate from the University of Florida in 2017, she then moved across country for her rotating internship with VCA Emergency Animal Hospital & Referral Center. After completing her internship, she worked general practice for one year before returning to emergency and critical care. She has a special interest in behavior and low-stress practices. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, weight lifting, video games, cooking, sunsets over the water and playing the air guitar.
