Dr. Brittany Osejo was born and raised in Miami, Florida, where her passion for veterinary medicine began at an early age. Inspired by her mother, a veterinary technician, she spent much of her childhood visiting the clinic and learning firsthand about animal care. By elementary school, she had already observed her first surgery, an experience that solidified her dream of becoming a veterinarian.
Dr. Osejo earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from St. George's University, completing her clinical training at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine.
After graduating, Dr. Osejo began her career in private practice, where she developed a strong foundation in companion animal medicine. She now joins VCA Hollywood Animal Hospital to further expand her clinical skills and pursue her growing interest in emergency medicine within a collaborative specialty and referral environment.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Osejo enjoys getting lost in a good book, hiking, biking, and spending time in her garden. She also shares her home with two energetic cats, Andros and Jahseh, who keep her entertained with their playful personalities.
