Jenna  H. Cardillo, Staff Veterinarian

DVM

Jenna H. Cardillo is a native of South Florida. Growing up around a variety of animals and inspired by her dad’s example and the shared physiology of all life, Dr. Cardillo wanted to be a veterinarian from a very young age. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Italian studies from the University of Florida, Dr. Cardillo attended veterinary school at the North Carolina State College of Veterinary Medicine in Raleigh, NC. There she explored her varied veterinary interests including a focus on infectious diseases and participation in One Health. During her clinical year, she became interested in ophthalmology, cardiology, and emergency medicine and hopes to further develop these interests as part of the VCA Hollywood team.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Cardillo loves exploring new places with her husband, Tyler. She also enjoys spending time outside, playing with their dog, Maverick, and riding her horse of 14 years, Lark.
