Doctor Roy grew up on a small farm in New Hampshire and also worked in construction before matriculating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science. After moving to Knoxville, he attended classes at the University of Tennessee until admission to Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, Dr. Roy was accepted to an internship program at The University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine which was followed immediately after by a surgical residency at the same institution.
