Dr. Sartor attended the Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island for veterinary school followed by an internship at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatchewan and a residence in Internal Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She became board certified in Internal Medicine in 2004. She has worked at Oradell Animal Hospital in New Jersey from 2003 until 2016 where she decided to leave to seek a warmer climate. Dr. Sartor’s professional interests include liver disease, autoimmune disorders, thyroid disease and gastrointestinal disease. Dr. Sartor has published several articles including treatments for liver disease and the use of topical tapazole for the treatment of hyperthyroidism. Her hobbies include traveling, biking, kickboxing and spending time at the beach with family and friends. She has two orange tabbies who she adores. Their names are Owen-Carl, and Kevin-Peter.
