Adana's love of animals began in childhood and has grown into a passion for helping both pets and their people. She has been a valued member of our team as a veterinary assistant and recently finished school and became a credentialed veterinary technician.
She especially enjoys working with cats, who can often be misjudged, and takes pride in client education—helping pet owners understand how to give their furry friends the best care possible. Some of her most rewarding moments at work include connecting with scared pets and making their veterinary visits less stressful.
At home, Adana shares her life with three cats—Riley, Roadie, and Chupie—and her dog, Hemi. Fun fact: she studied medieval and Renaissance studies at Drury University. If she could be any animal for a day, she'd choose a cat—perfect for long naps, snacks, and a little chaos. Outside of work, you'll often find her reading or watching movies alongside her pets.
