Dr. Hailey Caldwell, DVM, grew up in the mountains of East Tennessee in the small town of Kingston outside of Knoxville. She attended Sewanee: The University of the South for her undergraduate degree in Biology and Spanish language where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She then attended veterinary school at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and was a member of Phi Zeta, the national veterinary honor society.

Dr. Caldwell has special interests in internal medicine (particularly endocrine disorders), soft tissue surgery, and ophthalmology. She loves ALL patients big or small, but has a special affinity for giant breeds. 

Dr. Caldwell and her fiancé, Andrew, recently moved to the Downers Grove area where they take care of a small zoo at home including Willow and Xander, her Great Danes; Limp Biscuit, the tuxedo cat; and Praline, the guinea pig. In her free time, she loves hiking and traveling and has spent time providing veterinary relief work in Ecuador and Spain. She is also a HUGE foodie and continues to enjoy all of the delicious cuisines Chicagoland has to offer. (Restaurant recommendations are always appreciated!)
