Dr. Veale hales from Arizona originally, but moved to Colorado for vet school from which she graduated in 2016. She completed three emergency internships at BluePearl, UC Davis, and CSU, then worked as an emergency veterinarian at CSU for a few years, before switching to private practice. Her love for emergency medicine runs deep, but she also loves rescue work, animal training/behavior, and teaching.
Outside of veterinary medicine she enjoys trail riding her horses, snowboarding, concerts, country dancing, travel, and a well-made cocktail. Permanent members of her household include one girlfriend, one quarter horse, one miniature horse, three large breed dogs, two longhaired cats, two rabbits, and a corn snake (plus a continuous rotation of additional foster animals).
